Cup Tie Lands at Intility Arena as Fixture List Grows
Vålerenga's cup clash against Christiania BK has been moved to Intility Arena, the club confirmed on 14 August. The relocation adds to a packed autumn schedule that also includes Toppserien and 3. Division home matches in the days ahead. Supporters can secure tickets through the club's official platform, with discounted rates available for several groups.
A Cup Tie Gets a Bigger Stage
Vålerenga's Norwegian Cup tie against Christiania BK has been relocated to Intility Arena, the club confirmed on 14 August. The move hands the match a significantly larger platform than it would otherwise have had, and gives supporters the chance to watch cup football at one of Norway's most atmospheric grounds.
The decision adds yet another fixture to an already demanding schedule at the Oslo arena, which is set to host top-flight Eliteserien, Toppserien and 3. Division matches across the coming months.
Women's and Reserve Football Also in Focus
The cup news arrives alongside a busy week of football across all of Vålerenga's teams at Intility Arena. Vålerenga W are set to host Hønefoss W in a Toppserien fixture on 19 August, bringing women's top-flight football back to Valle Hovin. Vålerenga II, meanwhile, take on IF Ready in a 3. Division home match on 17 August.
The cluster of fixtures underlines the stadium's role not just as the home of the men's first team, but as a central hub for football across the entire club.
Tickets and Stadium Info
Tickets for upcoming matches are available through the club's official ticketing platform. Students, seniors, military personnel and children up to 12 years of age are eligible for discounted admission, while children aged four and under enter free when seated on a parent's lap.
Intility Arena holds 16,556 spectators. Away supporters must use the designated sections in fields 201 and 202. The stadium enforces a strict no-smoking and no-re-entry policy throughout all matchdays.
