New Pitch, Packed Schedule: Intility Arena Ready for Autumn Run
Intility Arena is fully equipped for a demanding autumn after a new artificial surface was installed over the summer. A string of top Eliteserien clubs are still due in Oslo before the season closes in December. The upgraded ground has already hosted a full house of 16,556 this month.
A Summer Upgrade Complete
Intility Arena has entered the business end of the 2026 Eliteserien season with a significant infrastructure upgrade already under its belt. A brand-new artificial surface was installed during the summer break, replacing the old pitch ahead of what promises to be one of the most demanding home schedules in the stadium's recent history.
The new surface has already been put through its paces — hosting a capacity crowd for the Bodø/Glimt fixture on 8 August, which ended in a narrow 2–1 home defeat in front of all 16,556 fans.
Big Names Still to Come
With Molde visiting on 30 August, Intility Arena's autumn fixture list continues to draw in Norway's elite clubs. Fredrikstad, Brann, Tromsø and Rosenborg are all scheduled to visit before the Eliteserien season concludes in December — with the Rosenborg fixture pencilled in for 6 December.
Vålerenga Women are also in action at the arena, with Toppserien fixtures including a home game against Hønefoss W already on the books, ensuring the stadium remains in near-constant use throughout the autumn.

Tickets for upcoming fixtures are available through Vålerenga's official ticketing platform. The arena offers a range of price categories including adult, student, senior, military and children, with children aged four and under admitted free when seated on a parent's lap.
Fans are reminded of the stadium's strict no-smoking and no-re-entry policy. Intoxicated persons will be refused entry, and searches on arrival should be expected for high-profile fixtures.
