Intility Arena Braces for a Packed Autumn of Eliteserien Action
Intility Arena enters the autumn with a brand-new artificial pitch and one of the most demanding home fixture lists in the stadium's nine-year history. From a women's Toppserien clash on 19 September through to a season-closing Eliteserien derby against Rosenborg in December, Valle Hovin is set to be the heart of Oslo football for months to come.
A Venue Ready for Its Busiest Autumn Yet
Intility Arena is gearing up for one of the most demanding home schedules in the stadium's history. With a fresh artificial pitch now in place at Valle Hovin, the 16,556-seat ground is set to host a full slate of Eliteserien and Toppserien fixtures across the coming months, keeping Oslo's football community busy well into December.
The new surface was laid specifically ahead of the autumn run, ensuring the stadium is in prime condition as the Eliteserien title race intensifies and Vålerenga's women push forward in Toppserien.
Men's and Women's Football Under One Roof
Intility Arena will serve as the hub for both the men's Eliteserien campaign and the women's Toppserien fixtures this autumn. Vålerenga's women are due to host FK Haugesund in a Toppserien Round 16 match on 19 September, making the weekend of 19–20 September a bumper one at Valle Hovin — with the men's side facing Fredrikstad in the Eliteserien the following day.
Further Eliteserien home dates confirmed for the men include SK Brann on 18 October, Tromsø IL on 1 November, IK Start on 22 November, and a season finale against Rosenborg BK on 6 December.
Matchday Information for Fans
For supporters planning their visits, gates at Intility Arena open 90 minutes before kick-off. The stadium operates a strict no-smoking policy and does not permit re-entry once fans have passed through the turnstiles. Dedicated sections are reserved for home supporters, while away fans are directed to sections 201 and 202.
