Tromsø visit Intility Arena: tickets, prices and what is at stake
Vålerenga host fourth-placed Tromsø at Intility Arena on Sunday, November 1, with kick-off at 19:15. Tickets are on sale from NOK 99, and the home side sit 11th in the table. Here is what supporters need to know before the Round 25 fixture.
What is at stake
The table makes the task clear. Tromsø are fourth in the Eliteserien on 40 points after 23 games, and Vålerenga are 11th on 26 points from the same number of matches. That is a gap of 14 points before the teams meet in Oslo.
Vålerenga arrive on the back of their last home outing, the 3-1 win over Brann on October 18. The visit of Tromsø is the next chance to turn that home result into a run at Intility Arena. The match is listed as Eliteserien Round 25.
Prices and where to sit
Tickets are on sale through the club's TicketCo page, and the range is wide. Standing places in the Østblokka, fields 401 and 406, cost NOK 210. Numbered seats in the Oslo Taxi stand, fields 301 to 308, cost NOK 249 for adults, NOK 149 for youth, students and seniors, and NOK 99 for children under 13.
The main stand, the Intilitytribunen, has several price levels. Fields 103 and 106 cost NOK 299 for adults, NOK 249 for youth, students and seniors, and NOK 199 for children up to 12. Fields 101 and 102 and 107 and 108 cost NOK 249 for adults, NOK 149 for youth, students and seniors, and NOK 99 for children.
For those who want more comfort, the "Hengern" section of the main stand is sold with catering at NOK 749 and without catering at NOK 399. Members of Miniklanen have their own area on field 308, rows 1 to 6, at NOK 99. Disabled and companion tickets are sold only in Sjappa.
Know the rules before you go
The stadium separates home and away supporters clearly. The main stand is for Vålerenga supporters and neutrals, and the away team's colours and effects are not allowed there. The Oslo Taxi stand and the Østblokka are for Vålerenga supporters only. The away section, fields 201 and 202, is the only place where the visiting team's effects are allowed.
Intility Arena has a few other house rules. Intoxicated people are refused entry, and spectators should expect to be searched. Smoking is banned throughout the arena. Tickets that have been bought are not refunded.
The ticket page defines child tickets as up to and including age 12 at the time of purchase, and youth tickets as ages 13 to 17. Children up to and including age 4 get in free if they sit on a lap.
Kick-off
The match is on Sunday, November 1, with kick-off at 19:15 local time. The listed capacity of the arena is about 16,556, and it has an artificial pitch.
Fans who want a seat on the main stand are advised to buy early. Vålerenga's home matches at Intility Arena have drawn big crowds this autumn, and Tromsø are a team from the top half of the table.
