Intility Arena has undergone a significant infrastructure upgrade ahead of the most demanding stretch of Vålerenga's 2026 home schedule. A brand-new artificial turf surface has been installed at the stadium, completing the work in time for the busy autumn fixture list.
The pitch renewal positions the arena in excellent condition as Vålerenga prepare to welcome a series of high-profile Eliteserien opponents. Fredrikstad are the next visitors on 20 September, with Brann, Tromsø, IK Start and Rosenborg still to follow before the season finale.
What Fans Need to Know
With bigger crowds anticipated as the season reaches its climax, the stadium has issued a reminder of its key matchday regulations. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the ground, and re-entry is not allowed once supporters have passed through the turnstiles.
Vålerenga's own fans are accommodated in the Østblokka and Oslotaxi stands, while visiting supporters are directed to the dedicated away sections in blocks 201 and 202. Gates open 90 minutes before kick-off.
