New Pitch, Big Fixtures: Intility Arena Braced for Autumn Run
Intility Arena heads into the business end of the 2026 Eliteserien season with a freshly installed artificial surface and a formidable run of home fixtures. Fredrikstad visit on 20 September, with Brann, Tromsø, Start and Rosenborg still to come. The stadium is ready — and so are the fans.
A Fresh Surface for the Decisive Stretch
Intility Arena enters the autumn phase of the 2026 Eliteserien campaign with a brand-new artificial turf surface underfoot. The pitch upgrade, completed ahead of the stadium's busiest home run of the season, underlines the club's commitment to top-level playing conditions as the title race reaches its most critical stage.
Gates open 90 minutes before kick-off, with the club reminding supporters that re-entry is not permitted once they have passed through the turnstiles. Smoking is banned throughout the stadium, and visiting fans are directed to the dedicated away sections in blocks 201 and 202.
Fredrikstad First — Then a Gauntlet of Top Sides
The first test on the newly laid surface comes on 20 September, when Fredrikstad visit for an Eliteserien Round 22 clash. Kick-off at Intility Arena is set for 14:30. The two sides' recent head-to-head record is tight, making the fixture one of the more keenly anticipated of the autumn schedule.
Beyond Fredrikstad, the fixture list grows even more demanding. Brann are due on 18 October, followed by Tromsø on 1 November, IK Start on 22 November, and Rosenborg in what shapes up to be a potentially title-deciding season finale on 6 December.
Tickets and Fan Information
Tickets for all remaining home matches are available through the club's official ticketing platform. Discounts apply for students, seniors, military personnel, and children. With large crowds expected throughout the autumn run, supporters are encouraged to secure their seats early through the club's online system.
