New Pitch, Big Names: Intility Arena's Autumn Schedule in Full
Intility Arena heads into a packed autumn with a brand-new artificial surface underfoot and a string of marquee Eliteserien opponents still to come. Molde, Brann, Fredrikstad and Rosenborg are all due in Oslo, while a cup tie against Christiania BK has also been moved to the stadium.
A Brand-New Surface for the Second Half
Intility Arena returned from the Eliteserien summer break with more than just fresh fixtures on the calendar — the stadium also unveiled a completely new artificial grass surface. The pitch was relaid during the break, and it is already being put through its paces with a demanding sequence of top-flight home matches.
The first game on the new surface came on 31 July, when Vålerenga welcomed Ham-Kam in Round 16, marking the start of what the club has described as the most compelling home stretch in the stadium's recent history.
A Blockbuster Autumn Fixture List
With Bodø/Glimt having already visited on 8 August, the schedule at Intility Arena does not let up. Molde are due in Oslo on 29 August, and Brann, Fredrikstad and Tromsø are all pencilled in before the season closes with a mouth-watering clash against Rosenborg — currently set for 6 December.
Vålerenga Women are also central to the home calendar. Toppserien fixtures against Hønefoss W on 19 August and Rosenborg W later in the campaign will ensure the stadium remains busy throughout the autumn and winter months.
Cup Action Moves to Intility Arena
Adding further variety to the autumn schedule, a cup clash against Christiania BK has been moved to Intility Arena, giving supporters another reason to head to Valle Hovin in the coming weeks. The stadium's fixture list across all competitions — including Vålerenga II's 3. Division matches — makes it one of the busiest venues in the Norwegian capital this season.
With a freshly laid pitch and a series of high-profile opponents on the horizon, Intility Arena is firmly established as the focal point of Oslo football for the remainder of 2026.
